Why should I get a comic graded?
There are a number of benefits to having your comics graded - not all of them are financial!
Investment
CGC graded comics are generally of a higher value than the equivalent non-graded comics. Prices vary depending on the comic in question, but it is not unusual to see a comic more than double its value after it has been graded.
Protection
Once a comic has been CGC graded, it will benefit from state-of-the-art protection and will remain in the very best condition possible.
Curiousity
Perhaps you're curious to see what condition your favourite comic is in?
Sentimental
Many comic readers and collectors have "prized" comics - perhaps it was the first comic they ever read, or a comic with special meaning. Having it graded protects those valuable and precious memories of the comic.
